Please note, due to premium parts and longer service times, some European scooter models may incurr and higher fee. The services listed below do not include logbook specified work like CVT belt replacement.

For non running vehicles a pickup service is offered starting from $75 for Gold Coast Metro.

Yes, we provide estimates for repairs. However, a diagnosis fee may apply, and additional charges may occur if further issues are detected during the repair process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash payments for your convenience.

Is there a warranty on the parts and services provided?

Yes, we offer warranties on all parts and materials supplied by Coastline Mopeds. However, parts supplied by the client or fitted by another workshop are not covered under our warranty.

How long does it take to service a scooter?

The average servicing time for a scooter typically ranges between 1.5 to 2 hours. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the specific requirements of your scooter.

Can I cancel a job once it's been scheduled?

Cancellation of a job can be accepted, but any costs, charges, and expenses already incurred must be paid by the client.

What happens if additional problems are found during repairs?

If additional problems are discovered during the repair process, we will contact you to discuss the necessary repairs and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Do you offer pick-up services?

Yes, we offer pick-up services in the Gold Coast metro area starting from $50. Please contact us for more details and to arrange pick-up for your scooter.
